  Staff needs a lot of hospitality education, and kitchen needs to be on their game and not deliver out a piece of meat tasking and looking like dry jerky when one orders a medium / pink center.
  Too much competition around you folks to mess up like this!!!

  First, the service was great. The pretzel bread that they serve before the meal was out of this world. I ordered the 22oz bone in ribeye and requested it to be cooked rare. The steak was fatty, not marbled; there were large sections of pure fat, but it was correctly seared and was rare. I am from a family of butchers and was a butcher throughout high school and college, the steak reminded me of a select or no roll grade based on the heterogenous fat vs lean content. I expected a prime grade and it to be well marbled. Overall the steak was OK, but nothing I would write home about.
